The conference fee includes registration, welcome reception, excursion, coffee breaks, all lunches during the conference and
the EPS proceedings.
A fee reduction will be applied to EPS members
and PhD students. A limited number of grants will
be available for students.
The deadline for application for student grants is February 24th, 2012.
Cancellation policy
| Before April 30: | 90% refund |
| From May 1 to 15: | 50% refund |
| After May 15: | no reimbursement |
